Professional Company – 13 years and older
A dance theatre intensive for those of you who are aged 13 plus and attend regular dance, theatre classes to a proficient standard. Workshops will include ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap or acting, hip hop, musical theatre, and West End Master classes.
If you choose to get involved with our professional company you will be pushed in dance, choreography and performance, and be expected to behave like a professional. Our teachers will support you as individual performers, but it will be your responsibility to work hard for the roles you want. Everyone within this company will have the opportunity to experience all the different workshops but not everyone will perform every subject within the performance.
Nimble Company
For all of you that are lively, adept and enthusiastic about performing this 5-day dance theatre experience will make your summer. If you participate in your local dance or theatre classes we at bdd will be able to encourage you throughout the week in ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, tap or acting, musical theatre plus West End Workshops all culminating in a thrilling dance theatre performance. Although you will all experience all the workshops not all the disciplines will be a part of the final performance.
Express Company
The bdd week for all you express company members is so tightly packed you’ll not stop all week.
Starting on Monday August through to Friday August we’ve got modern, street jazz, contemporary, drama, singing, creative arts and West End Workshops not to mention the Express Company starring in the final performance on Sunday the 7th August for all your parents to come and watch.
